Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions

Treatment packages are not able to be split between more than one person.
Promotional pricing is not applicable for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid for in full during the promotion period.

The Face Secrets Medical reserves the right to end the sale or offer at any time without prior notification or advertisement.
Promotion pricing applies to the specified treatments only. Excludes all other treatments and products listed in Face Secrets Treatment and pricing guide, or website.
Face Secrets Medical reserves the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for a client, if deemed not suitable. This decision is to be made by Face Secrets Medical practitioner in their absolute discretion.
The terms of our refund policy
These terms and conditions apply to all sales and promotions by Face Secrets Medical.
The Face Secrets Medical has no obligations to our relationship with customers of any Appearance Medical Clinic.

Pre-Botulinum toxin / Pre-Filler

Each client must have a complimentary consultation before any treatment is agreed to or undertaken.
Face Secrets Medical practitioner/s reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.
The skin care assessments needing more than 15 min and involving skin assessment with Observe 520 system will cost $100. 50% of this cost will be credited if a skin care package is purchased for at least 4 treatment sessions (If recommended). If no active treatment with peels is required. Then the waiver of the consultation cost will not apply.

Valid for a period of 3 months after referred person books and pays for first treatment or product.
Discount cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Excessive Sweating – Underarms

All treatments require pre-booking and consultation prior to treatment.
Treatment only available at Face Secrets Medical, Westcare Specialist Clinic, 131 Lincoln Road, Henderson, Auckland.
Complimentary consultations are for a period of 15 minutes or less, for any extended consultation requirements of 15 minutes or greater – additional fees may apply.
Assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome, and genetic makeup both men and women may vary. Should additional units be required, additional pricing is based upon our everyday anti-wrinkle treatment price.
The treatment units can only be used by one customer within the one treatment appointment (all at one time).
Face Secrets Medical reserves the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Packages

The following terms and conditions apply for the purchase of the following Anti-Wrinkle packages.

Pricing is a guideline only and may vary:

Forehead lines from $110
Frown lines or Crow’s Feet from $300
Two areas from $560
Price detailed above is for a maximum of 100 units of Dysport® in total and is recommended for two treatment areas.
Three areas from $750
Price detailed above is for a maximum of 150 units of Dysport® in total and is recommended for three treatment areas.
The number of units actually administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product.
Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment.
Packages cannot be split over appointments.

Dermal Filler Packages

Clients may require less or more Dermal Filler to treat the selected area and to achieve the desired result.
